6 December: You’re Amazing, You’re a Star

There is not enough group singing in our society, is there? The only time we sing together is really Happy Birthday. So I wrote a song which is designed to be sung at any gathering where we come together to celebrate someone.

I hope that it will become as well known as Happy Birthday. No, more well known. So that at any gathering where someone plucks up the courage to do the initial octave leap, everyone else will join in automatically. BUT I didn’t want people like Donal’ Trump to get his team to sing it to him, so I put in a few minor chords to throw him off emotionally.

If you like it, and would like to see a version with the different harmony parts broken down, let me know in the comments.

It’s dedicated to YOU, of course!
